Note: We currently do not ship to certain parts of Asia and some remote areas. Please check during checkout if we deliver to your location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with exceptions mentioned above). Please note that:

• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
• Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing
• We declare the full value of goods on customs forms

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your package.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
• Original invoice or proof of purchase must be included
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective

3. Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it using the provided return label.

4. Inspection

We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt.

5. Refund or Exchange

Once approved, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item.

Refund Information

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after return approval
• Method: Amount will be refunded to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Amount: Full purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another product from our assortment:

1. Follow the same procedure as for a return
2. Clearly state in your email which product you would like instead
3. For price differences, you will receive a payment link or refund for the difference
